Canada and USA
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $50 to addresses in Canada and the United States (including US domestic and overseas military addresses and US Protectorates). Orders under this minimum are charged $9.95 for shipping plus applicable taxes.
International
Due to recent shipping changes, we are no longer able to ship internationally. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team with any questions.
Freight Forwarding
Please kindly note that KidsBooks cannot be held liable for orders shipped to freight forwarding facilities, storage lockers or third-party shipping agents or companies.
Estimated Delivery Times
The following estimated delivery time frames begin one business day after your order has shipped from our warehouse.
Order processing times in our warehouse may take 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, during peak seasons with higher volumes, order processing can take 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Due to shipping limitations, we are not able to offer shipping to non-contiguous US locations (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
*Non-contiguous US locations (i.e. Alaska and Hawaii) will likely require additional days to be delivered.
During its journey, it is not uncommon for some gaps to occur between tracking updates of a package. This is especially common during times of higher volumes with the couriers. Despite lapses in tracking, packages will still be in transit to you. However, if your order does not arrive within the estimated shipping time provided above, please contact our Customer Experience team for assistance within a maximum of 10 business days from the estimated delivery date. Please note: KidsBooks representatives cannot provide any additional tracking information before the shipping time frame has been completed.
